Please Note: Due to the live nature of the Republican National Convention coverage (airing before primetime in parts of the country), Nielsen’s time-period based Fast Affiliate Ratings for ABC, CBS and NBC are not accurate and will adjust once the National Program Ratings are released later today.
Also, several local affiliates aired NFL Preseason Football in lieu of network programming at its scheduled time and/or its original affiliate.

I wouldn’t think so. Preseaon football is over, the DNC is before premeires and since The CW doesn’t start until October this year, it won’t have baseball preemptions until next spring.

Oh boy these ratings look super inflated. Might as well wait for the finals to cast final judgment
Are they still going to be doing all these pre-emptions by the time the premieres start? If so, going to really hurt the shows.
I’m pretty sure everyone played on Thursday, except for a game or two on Wednesday, so they would have maximum time off for the first game. So no more pre-emptions except for the regular – 2 markets for the Monday game and Thursday game (although their are 4 teams playing on Monday the first week)

Impressive week-over-week growth for ‘The Next’, with A18-49s up +66% and P2+ up +57% in the week-over-weeklies. Could The CW have its first homegrown summer hit series in the making?
I must also point out the impressive encore Nielsens racked up by ‘The Vampire Diaries’, which might have helped juice ‘The Next’ a bit.
I’m beginning to forget just how emerging singers were picked before we had television talent shows.
Um Dumont not to burst your bubble but the Next went down A LOT as did everything else some shot down as much as 8 tenths in the Demo in the finals when football was factored out.
