Ouch at Revenge. Granted, it went against The Grammys so we’ll see some rebound in the following weeks, but ABC has completely killed this show with a terrible timeslot. It should have never moved from Wednesdays and now they have two timeslots to be concerned over. Revenge For Real bombing isn’t a surprise either.

The only good news is that The Grammy’s were down a lot this year, but that was expected. At least its certain the Academy Awards will beat it this year.

Unfortunately, OUAT and Revenge fell a lot. Its also scary that AFHV beat Revenge.
Hopefully Revenge recovers, cause last night’s episode was quite good, but a little weird with 8 year old Amanda pretending to get married. I’m glad Victoria killed that Initiative lady, and I hope that story is finished forever. It just got too confusing and unrealistic. Also, it was great that fake Amanda threatened Conrad, cause that was unexpected. Next week’s episode is what the season premiere gave us glimpses of, so it should be a big episode.
Revenge for Real did badly.

I’d call Family Guy a winner (or at least honorable mention). Solid rating–best of the night for FOX–against the night’s most-watched Grammys segment AND The Walking Dead.

Actually, Revenge is being killed by terrible writing and plotting. It is not the same show as season 1, which is a shame.

Revenge did perfectly acceptable numbers in its first few Sunday outings. If it could draw the viewers for those episodes, it could draw them now (I mean — as of late, the Grammys obviously hit the episode hard this week). This isn’t a timeslot issue, it’s a product quality issue. People just aren’t excited about tuning in.

ABC continues its terrible Sunday programming this season, as it has been the last few seasons. It’s respectable that they try to counterprogram against the Grammys but their shows always hit lows on that night. Correct me if I’m wrong, but DH hit a low last year when an original episode aired against the Grammys. I don’t get their logic, at this point.

The results ABC is getting is not a scheduling issue on their part. They would get these results even if it reamined on Wednesday’s. It basically comes down to one fact, when the show returned in January, fans were so hoping they would be watching the show they fell in love with last year, instead, we’ve had to raise our hands up high in the air and scream ‘WTF’. We continue getting the same nonsense and last night’s episode clearly showed all the flaws. This is a show where the creators/writers have clearly lost their way.

From CBS

THE 55TH ANNUAL GRAMMY AWARDS delivered 28.37 million viewers—the second largest audience for the awards broadcast since 1993, according to Nielsen updated preliminary live plus same day ratings for Sunday, February 10.

From 8:00-11:30PM, THE GRAMMY AWARDS (S) posted a 15.9/25 with 28.37m viewers, 11.2 in adults 25-54, 10.1 in adults 18-49 and 9.3 in adults 18-34.

This is the GRAMMY’s second best delivery in viewers since 1993 and second best delivery in both adults 25-54 and adults 18-49 since 2004 (all behind 2012′s broadcast).

Compared to the 2011 ceremony (on February 13, 2011), CBS was up +7% in households (from 14.8/25), +4% in adults 25-54 (from 10.8/26), +1% in adults 18-49 (from 10.0/27) and added +1.70m viewers (from 26.67m, +6%).

THE 55th ANNUAL GRAMMY AWARDS® also set a new social TV record for an award show with more than 18.7 million social media comments, second only to the 2013 Super Bowl, and topping the social TV record it set last year by +44%. (Source: Bluefin).
