To try and salvage NBC, you may have to figure out what is worth saving first.
Well, that may be a large task in of itself. Nothing really fits that description.
OK, lets have some fun….
SVU may need to find the one spot its doesn’t go head-to-head with a CBS crime drama (Mondays, 9pm)
If you do that, then why not move PARENTHOOD to Mondays at 8pm.
What to do at 10pm, Mondays? IDK… Salvage PRIME SUSPECT? DATELINE would be a proven counter-programming for the hour. Move ROCK CENTER to Fridays
Move the COMMUNITY/PARKS & REC to another night, away from any other comedy. Well, Monday – Thursday, that does not exist. So, Place COM/P&R to Tuesdays at 9pm. Only NEW GIRL is major competition.
Decrease BIGGEST LOSER to just 1 hour, at 8pm Tuesdays.
Now, we are getting thin with what is worth keeping. The other two next are Crime, so comedy or reality would make sense for NBC, but there is nothing much left. Maybe the the new drama AWAKE
Try something different on Wednesdays. a 90 Minute CELEBRITY APPRENTICE from 8-9:30, followed by THE OFFICE at 9:30pm. The OFFICE could try to take advantage of channel changers, after MODERN FAMILY is done.
Thursdays, go FEAR FACTOR at 8pm and the two other comedies (WHITNEY and UAN) at 9pm. The comedies wont do much, but they have to go somewhere, right?
Fridays: HARRY’S LAW, PRIME SUSPECT, ROCK CENTER. In any order you choose.
CHELSEA/VODKA start at 8pm. Again, there is no other comedy at this time.
THE VOICE should go Sundays (8:30-10pm). There is nothing else like it on the night.
GRIMM at 10pm, if they decide to keep it the full season. Familiar, yet different
