Happy Endings dropping over 6 million viewers from Modern Family with barely any competition is pathetic. Great for The Middle and Modern Family. Great episodes of both! Didn’t care for last night’s episode of Suburgatory that much.

Was hoping for higher for Revenge and not because of competition because it doesn’t share audience with 2 procedurals but because of online buzz and ABC having every episode available online.

Last night was probably the worst episode of Modern Family EVER. I think it was the first time in the entire series where I did not laugh a single time. Either way, the ratings are phenomenal, as usual.

What was Mobbed even about? Some sort of game show?

If you didn’t laugh at the pi vs. pie bit, you’re dead inside. Plus, another episode with BOOKMAN!

I thought it was a fun episode–critics, even the nerdy pretentious ones, seemed warmer on it than some of the previous few.

In terms of “worst ever,” this is the second time someone has said that regarding season three…and I again have to direct you back to the 22 minute iPad commercial.

It’s nice to see the ratings bounce back, it’s an especially-encouraging sign given that CBS’ comedies were disappointing Monday. But the lack of competition was very clear, so I’m not yet positive Modern Family won’t return to the low 5s in a few weeks.

Mobbed is the show about a flash mob hosted by Mandel.

The first episode did a pretty big number out of American Idol last year, but the last two haven’t drawn at all.

It amazes me how different people’s opinions can be regarding the same episode of a show. I haven’t watched the middle yet but some are saying it was great, another said it was by far the worst ep of the entire series (pretty strong words)

As far as MF I found last night’s episode to be one of the better ones this season. I loved Gloria and the black mouse, Manny with his dad and Jay and Phil’s increasingly dire survival chances based on the phone call from his dr. ( I think it was down to 5% by the end of the episode). The trophy thing was kinda dumb and there wasn’t much Claire or the Dunphy kids.

I thought the whole episode was very boring. The horse betting storyline wasn’t funny in the slightest, and neither was the bit about the black mouse. I remember laughing during the iPad episode, but I don’t remember laughing at all last night. I’ll just chalk this up as “forget about the episode”.

I don’t know what people expect about HAPPY ENDINGS. Modern Family (which is the ONLY ABC show I don’t watch on Wed) is one of the biggest hits on TV. Look over the schedule…how many of the big hits have an equally big hit IMMEDIATLY behind it?! Of course H.E. can’t maintain the astronomical numbers of MF. If H.E. was based on the quality of the writing and the cast it would be on of the top five shows on air today.
