PRE-SEASON FOOTBALL RULES ON NBC; BIG BROTHER ON CBS SOLID
NBC dominated this final Sunday in August courtesy of Carolina vs. the New York Jets on Pre-Season Football, which should, no doubt, signal another strong season of upcoming Sunday Night Football. Big Brother on CBS, meanwhile, was no slouch with a solid second-place finish in both total viewers (7.32 million) and adults 18-49 (2.5 rating/7 share) at 8 p.m., according to the fast affiliate results from Nielsen. Everything else was a repeat telecast.
