ABC FAMILY ORDERS TWO DOZEN NEW EPISODES
ABC Family, as expected, has renewed drama Pretty Little Liars for a fourth season with an order for 24 new one-hour episodes to begin airing in mid 2013. As the cable net’s top-rated series of all time, Pretty Little Liars finished the summer tops in persons 12-34 (2.6 million), females 12-34 (2.2 million) and female teens (1.0 million), and No. 1 among all scripted basic cable series in women 18-34 (1.2 million), according to Nielsen.
A special upcoming Halloween themed episode, This is a Dark Ride,” is scheduled for Tuesday, Oct. 23 at 8 p.m. ET.
