ABC, FOX AND THE CW DO NOT IMPRESS
CBS and NBC shared bragging rights on this second Tuesday in December, with CBS most-watched and the home of The Voice No. 1 among adults 18-49. The Voice topped the evening, as usual, among adults 18-49, with a 3.5 rating/10 share in the demo (according to the fast affiliate results from Nielsen). And competing NCIS was the most-watched, with 17.51 million viewers. But also worthy of positive mention was episode two of NBC game show Take It All, which rose by 230,000 viewers (7.12 to 7.35 million viewers) and five percent among adults 18-49 (2.2/ 5 to 2.3/ 6) from its debut on Monday, finishing second in the time period (behind NCIS: Los Angeles) in both categories.
Parenthood on NBC at 10 p.m., meanwhile, was above average 5.71 million viewers (#2) with a 1.5/ 4 in the demo (#2).

Elsewhere, ABC sitcoms Happy Endings and Don’t Trust the B____ in Apartment 23 plunged to series lows minus the lead-in support from Dancing With the Stars. Two-hours of live action comedies on Fox cannot compete (including once potent New Girl). Vegas on CBS remained noticeably older-skewing, which will not bode well for its future. Private Practice on ABC earned its cancellation stripes. And Hart of Dixie on The CW holds a spot in the perennial list of Tuesday “losers.”

I like Take It All will be a show that will watch when nothing else is on. Some prizes look pretty great while others not so much.
