UP 16 PERCENT IN TOTAL VIEWERS WEEK-TO-WEEK
The ratings pale in comparison to its former run out of Modern Family on ABC. But cult favorite sitcom Cougar Town, which debuted with original episodes on TBS on January 8, rose to a season high on Tuesday with 2.4 million viewers at 10 p.m. ET. Comparably, that was 16 percent above one week earlier, with demo growth of seven percent among adults 18-49 over both the week-ago episode and the season-opener.
TBS has ordered 15 episodes of Cougar Town this season, which will bring the total tally up to 76 to-date.
