CHRISTOPH WALTZ BEST SUPPORTING ACTOR VICTORY TOPS TiVo LIST

TiVo Research and Analytics, Inc. (TRA), which collects DVR viewing data, has released its top 10 moments from The 85th Annual Academy Awards last night. Jennifer Lawrence falling going up the stairs to receive her Best Actress award may have been front-page news on some media outlets, but it failed to make this list by one spot. Here are the findings:

1. Christoph Waltz wins for Best Supporting Actor of Django Unchained and his heartfelt speech (8:50 pm ET).
2. Seth MacFarlane imitating the Flying Nun in the Green Room with Sally Field (8:45 pm ET).
3. Melissa McCarthy and Paul Rudd talking about their lack of animation work (8:56 pm ET).
4. Seth MacFarlane joking about how Best Actress nominee for Beasts of the Southern Wild, Quzenhane Wallis, is the youngest nominee ever (9:04 pm ET).
5. Captain Kirk (aka William Shatner) appears from the future to tell Seth he needs to fix his hosting performance (8:35 pm ET).
6. Following the clips for Argo, Lincoln and Zero Dark Thirty, Seth MacFarlane does a short monologue about each film (9:41 pm ET).
7. “50 Years of Bond” montage is celebrated (9:22 pm ET).
8. Jennifer Aniston teases Channing Tatum about being waxed for a role while presenting the award for Achievement in Costume Design (9:16 pm ET).
9. The second montage of the night celebrates film musicals (9:54 pm ET).
10. Anne Hathaway wins for Best Supporting Actress for her performance in Les Miserables (10:22 pm ET).
