An unprecedented 52 hours of Paralympic Winter Games coverage will air in the U.S. exclusively on NBC and NBCSN, beginning today and concluding Sunday, Mar. 16.

Of those 52 hours of coverage, 27 hours will be televised live and 48 hours will air on NBC Sports Network (NBCSN).

NBC will air the sled hockey gold medal game on March 15 at 1 p.m. ET. On Mar. 22 (6 days after the Closing Ceremony), NBC will air a Paralympic review show.

The Sochi 2014 Paralympic Winter Games will feature nearly 700 athletes with a physical disability or visual impairment from 45 countries competing in six sports. The Games feature 72 medal events (34 men, 34 women, four mixed). Team USA will compete in each of the sports contested in Sochi with an estimated team of 77 athletes.
