POPULAR CABLE NETWORK FOR KIDS AND FAMILIES DOMINATES THE NIGHT WITH NEW EPISODES

The most-watched cable network in prime time for Friday, June 29th, was Disney Channel, with 3.1 million total viewers (according to Nielsen), thanks to its “Night of Premieres”, which included the second season premiere of “My Babysitter’s a Vampire”, and brand-new episodes of “A.N.T. Farm”, and the new animated series “Gravity Falls.”
The network was also tops in Kids 2-11 (1.8 million viewers), Kids 6-11 (1.5 million viewers) and Tweens 9-14 (1.3 million viewers), as well as in Total Day viewership for June 29 with 2.3 million, which was roughly 500,000 more viewers than second-place Nickelodeon.
Four of its prime time shows took the entire day’s Top 4 slots in Total Viewership: “A.N.T. Farm” (3.40 million), “My Babysitter’s a Vampire” (3.24 million), a 10:30 p.m. airing of “Good Luck Charlie” (3.19 million) and “Gravity Falls” (3.14 million).
“A.N.T. Farm” was also June 29th’s top TV program in Kids 2-11 (2.1 million viewers), Kids 6-11 (1.8 million viewers) and Tweens 9-14 (1.5 million viewers).
