Weekly Ratings Update

Three networks…CBS, NBC and Fox…dominated this quiet holiday week, according to the Live Plus Same Day results from Nielsen, with NBC’s rare victory in adults 25-54. And that, of course, is a result of America’s Got Talent, which may be down but is far from out. CBS was the most-watched, while Fox was No. 1 in adults 18-49 and adults 18-34. Aside from Fox, which was close to year-ago levels, erosion was the noticeable observation, with ABC, CBS, NBC and The CW all down by double-digit percentages.

Here are the results by network (with change versus the comparable year-ago period in parentheses), followed by the top 20 rated programs in total viewers, adults 18-49, adults 25-54 and adults 18-34.

NBC: 1.6/ 5 (-20), Fox: 1.5/ 5 (+ 7), ABC: 1.4/ 4 (-18), CBS: 1.3/ 4 (-24), CW: 0.2/ 1 (-33)
