Hallmark Channel has given a 10-episode order to a new scripted drama from “Touched By an Angel” creator Martha Williamson called “Signed, Sealed, Delivered.” Debuting as a regularly scheduled series in 2014, “Signed, Sealed and Delivered” follows a quartet of civil servants who transform themselves into a team of lost-mail detectives where letters and packages from the past help save lives, solve crimes, reunite old loves and change the future. The pilot will be presented in a two-hour movie format on Saturday, October 12 at 9 p.m. ET. And “Signed, Sealed, Delivered” is now Hallmark’s third scripted drama behind “Debbie Macomber’s Cedar Cove,” which has been renewed for a second season, and upcoming “When Calls the Heart,” which bows in January (following its movie preview on October 19).
