Effective at present on Hulu is the availability of three new episodes of “Behind the Mask” by Emmy Award-winning filmmaker Josh Greenbaum, the documentary/comedy series that follows the life of four mascots at different levels of sports. And tomorrow marks the fifth (and final) season-premiere of “Misfits,” the tale of a group of young offenders sentenced to work in a community service program where they obtain supernatural powers after a strange electrical storm.
On Wednesday, November 6 on Hulu is the launch of animated Eva Longoria comedy “Mother Up!,” which chronicles the misguided attempts at parenthood of a disgraced former music exec who transitions from Manhattan to the carpool line of suburbia. And U.K. series “The Wrong Mans,” co-written by and co-starring Tony Award-winner James Corden (“Doctor Who,” “Gavin & Stacey”) and Mathew Baynton (“Spy,” “Gavin & Stacey”) will be available on Monday, Nov. 11. “The Wrong Mans” focuses on two lowly office workers who become caught up in a deadly criminal conspiracy after discovering a ringing phone at the scene of a horrific car crash.
Additional upcoming original series on Hulu are comedy “Moody Christmas,” which follows the dysfunctional yet loveable Moody household as they attempt to celebrate Christmas together without causing permanent damage in the process. And next is “The Bridge,” the original Scandinavian version of the FX series about the police investigation into the discovery of a dead body on the bridge connecting Sweden and Denmark.
